if you think about it, everything is a ripoff of everything, there are no "original ideas" everything was inspired by something, let's say you made a game for example, you make it, and you think you completely made the lore and everything yourself without "inspiring" but you might have already seen something similar or a part of something that you really liked a long time ago but just don't remember explicitly, we aren't capable of creating new ideas, even if we think we do we actually just redo what we already had seen, sometimes just having multiple sources. i'm not exactly good at explaining shit but i hope this makes sense. EVERYTHING is a ripoff of EVERYTHING. there are no "original" things in this world anymore, just ideas that were copyrighted and ideas that were forgotten but are actually stuck deep within us.
