i watch zellig multiple times a day. i don't count and it varies sometimes but it's never less than 4 times a day.
i watch it after waking up before going to school, at lunch break in school, once right after coming home and one last time before going to bed.
considering the entire pilot is 24.6 minutes i spend a full and half hour watching zellig every day, usually much more on weekends.

As the other zaryan said, RVC is what voices for the song. If I had to guess, the 'pasta was probably synthesized with ElevenLabs first, before being run in through RVC. As for why the voices are so refined, it's probably by generating en masse or maybe even layered RVC. But only tistic knows, though.
