When putting the Prussian eagle I am referring to the Germanic people during the Prussian era, not the kaiser, thoughie in my opinion the conflict had more to do with ecclesiastic control over the Prussian institutions rather than the actual Catholics in that region at the time, I'll remove it anyways since Prussia was a majority protestroon nation anyways.
