Unironically this, why else would Maya be speaking fluent Indonesian. Maya was born in the Netherlands and is only 1/4 Indo. By the logic used in this comic she also would speak fluent Chinese and Hindi, makes no sense.

Pretty sure all the girls are fluent in English. Aside from the fact that all the VAs are fluent in English, Dutch schools start teaching it at 4 years old and I believe English fluency rates in the Netherlands are ~95%
