The problem is they don't upload the porn images, they are somehow bundled with MediaWiki itself. There is a way to limit number of edits to e.g. one per 15 minutes per IP. That would be preferable to blocking newcomers completely. It should be doable without installing any extensions: https://m.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgRateLimits
