It wasn't and isn't meant to appeal to the zarty alone but as you guys know I've been making a genuine effort to read and consider what you guys have to say, unlike other people. Some of it was good, some (most) of it wasn't. But you guys are without doubt the most ungrateful part of the fandom so I think for my next comics I will stop caring about what this board has to say, if something as insignificant as this already makes the board do a full 180 on me and the comic. I love this collective zarty delusion. You are not keeping the fanbase alive because there is no collective Ongezellig fanbase. There are multiple fanbases co-existing.
