Groups don't get to own land - that is a silly idea. If they are legitimately unfairly targeted by some laws, those laws should be removed, but generally, they lost, and they have to deal with that.

I like the Falange and JONS, I detest Franco. He was a grifter who murdered or pushed out other actual right-wing factions opposed to him and his gullible Catholic reactionaries which is half of why Spain became so easily leftist after the regime ended, the other half being that civil war reconciliation was ignored and the scars of it still run deep. "Fascist" Spain was he and his friends' little dominion that preserved the conservative mediocrity of a status quo that placated to the landowners and military no different from a South American junta banana republic.
