what are the best free resources for learning Dutch? I refuse to use Duolingo since it sucks ass, but I really want to learn this language

Yea fuck duolingo, I keep on losing hearts because it didn't teach me when to use "de" and when "het"

The only way to know when to use de of het is by learning it from experience, de is voor masculine and feminine words, het is voor neutral words. For plural you always use de.
