Sometimes i feel super lonely and despite how much i do to try fix it the feeling doesnt go away, any advice?

No advice because it's all luck based, one day you'll be lonely and the other you won't. Probably.

eat at regular times, do some form of exercise, drink 3 litres of water per day and try talking to someone, even if you don't feel like it. negative emotion management is pretty easy once you got The Method.
