Good news, I found a plains biome to build the tulip field where ill place the schoppenboer house at, unfortunately its directly on an island so I might have to find another area to build the city, and then connect it to the island with a road.

Worst case scenario is I have to terraform over a dozen miles of dirt and stone to build the city

current ideas:
Inside the house:

• A big home with 3 floors
• first floor includes a living room with a fireplace that connects to the kichen and bathroom, kitchen has a backdoor leading outside
• big stairs leading up to the bedrooms of each sister with the parents bedroom (unsure if there should be a second bathroom up there or not)
• third floor is the attic which I'll think of things to add later.
• maybe a cellar accessed by a door from the side.
  Outside the house:
• a small wheat farm that connects to either a chicken coop or pig pen
• clothing lines near the back door
• firewood pile at the back of the house

theres not really any "recommended" version, but 1.7.3 is for more chill and world development gameplay while beyond has more adventure and grinding (that's from my experience atleast)

1.21.1 is the version that currently has the most mods compatible with it so if you wanna make a modpack then start there.
