Can you guys help me set up an imageboard? I'm trying to follow this guide on youtube for setting up Vichan and it's really confusing me.

I get a lot of what the videos saying but I just don't know what tools the guys is using. I'm using windows 11 and the only things I have installed is just the PHP language. I'm totally lost
