How do I stop stuttering? I started stuttering 4 years ago and this fucking interferes with my life
I cant even have a normal conversation irl

Have you tried the kings speech method, where you listen to music and then speak and you'll find that you can actually speak normally and that the only reason you stutter is because you overthink it
