government doesn't have its own money. State gives taxpayers money to big pharma and in exchange gets bribes through lobbying. Its easiest for bureocracy and cheapest for big pharma and both sides feel like they are doing the good thing even though nothing actually changes

Yeah I've recently been thinking about a more structured schedule, because as of now I am just doing whatever seems best short term. I'll also try fiddling with what you said and maybe I'll update sometime in the future, maybe even on new year, who knows.
