I think it genuinely might be over for me zelligbros. Everything in my life is fucked up, I'm unemployed, I'm behind in damn near every aspect. I can't drive either. All my friends are doing so much better than me, and I'm just falling behind in every way possible. About 2 months ago I lost a close friend to an aneurysm and I haven't been the same since. I can't kill myself now that I have his legacy to carry. Is there any way to bounce back from this?

I've fallen behind because of an illness which I'm still recovering from all the consequences. Don't let the weigh of all you've missed and lost prevent you from regaining it, it will take a long time to get to a good position again, but you have to understand change happens slowly, so pick one aspect and focus on that while maintaining the minimum for the rest to survive. Eventually you'll be in a better position and feel good again.
