Should we count necrobumps as spam (rule 3) if they don't add anything to the threads themselves?
If the bump to an inactive thread (2+ months no reply) properly adds new content or ideas that lead to discussion it is good, otherwise it's just a meaningless reply that sinks other threads which do have activity down the pages, in which case it should be counted as spam, especially if they are 1 word replies.
