In basic recap, it's the successor to /zellig/ on the sharty. As of now, it's used for more meta discussion and projects. It's also founded on the basis of it being a bunker for 'zellig incase of total sharty wide ban, which was seen as very possible when froot was at his most unpredictable and still holds weight today.
