Didn't do much today, sorry.
I will try to make Maya(light), Mymy(default) and Coco by the end of the week.
yeah, the default one can get boring, plus it's going to be gem to have more zellig themes.

I did enjoy Apop's non-nsfw art. I think the dude is a beast when it comes to anatomy. He was one of my motivations when it came to getting better at art (and it did anger me that such talent was wasted on gooner material). In fact, the Dragoon Mymy and the Kiki artwork were a result of me trying to emulate some of Apop's artstyle characteristics.
And yeah, the time i finished the Mymy theme was a bit before Massa oy veyed and shut it all down. Between the Mymy theme and the Massa ACK thing, I was just hanging around on cord VC and was streaming Krita. It was really nice to draw while also talking to somebody.

After ongezellig was done, the only thing that still kept me to the community was ironically a cord server from back in the day. Sadly, some drama happened and it got obliterated (as expected from cordtroons). I lost a few contacts (people that would come in VC and talk), other people moved on from lig and the sharty (to some extend) and so I just didnt have anything that held me on to lig anymore. You could say that i had the zarty, but Ongezellig being done + the downfall of the soysphere destroyed my original vision for the site. So the coco theme was long gone from my to-do list.

Maybe i can work on a Coco theme, but the chances are low. I did have plans to use one of the default, more primitive themes from vichan as a base and slap a coco image on the bootom right.
I dont own the booru. I have no clue whats going on in there, except that zute had some mind boggling problems with the servers and the OS iirc.

Unfortunately not. Zarty will be sold on auction on the 29th July, with the top bidder gaining full control of the domain.
Well, as a former "oldcordtroon" I would like to say that this year is the right time to shut it fucking down before it's too late. No one is interested in this show anymore than before and I have almost completely lost interest in 'zellig.
Maybe our time has passed and it's time to let it go.

zellig is done, i stand with massa when he said that seeing lig here and there is nice, but its even better to see stuff inspired by it.
Up until now (maybe this could change), i had no clue what to do with the zarty, since a lot of attempts to broaden the use of the site were met with autistic drama. The club for me is a nice alternative, since i can execute those changes (even if MyBB sometimes is autistic and i, with the help of the dev, have to tinker with the base code; why does XenForo have to cost a fortune?) without needing to deal with me being accused of all sorts of things.

But that is exactly what the zarty is, we have an idea of a show, with very little canon and expand and play around with it in our own unique ways make art and 'tosses related to it, but also in a way very distant from the core of Ongezellig, and I think that is beautiful and desirable and I don't see that stopping any time soon.

Yknow at some point we are going to have to innovate and make IAZ-adjacent (inspired by ongezellig) artworks as we can't just keep making art of these characters forever. Or more of us could try our hands at making 'mics and animating

if that wasnt the case, i woudnt have bothered to make another site for that (which you should like post gemmy oc and be hip or something!!1!).
