Anyways, /coding/ and /writing/ boards are trooncore or even discordcore. Maybe /art/ and /music/ boards shall stay in this site.

A bit of change in plans
/Zellig/ shall be kept as is, but a few NAZ threads shall be allowed (around 3 for example) during weekends (which would also compensate for the removal of /co/). This shall also be done in order to prevent /zellig/ from being isolated from the rest of the site.
/Raid/ shall be removed and raid threads shall be in /zellig/.
All OC project threads shall be in /oc/, zellig or not. /oc/ shall act as a way for people to share their projects/promote their creations and organise community OC projects.
If it was not clear by now, /qa/ is not limited to the sharty. The description shall be changed to "general topics" to make it clearer.
Also i may or may not create an "artisan" role, with the purpose of approved creators having the ability to use a custom tag (## artisan/creator). This role shall be restricted to /oc/ and will be given by approved personnel, who can provide a "portfolio".
There are some people who've sent games to me (links to games doe) for /v/. I shall not touch /v/ until i am done with the renewel.

a good strategy is to slowly grow, since it would be easier for new people to assimilate into the already establishe culture. I also like that the site isnt a spamfest, but i also welcome new people. My power is limited to what is allowed and what is not (so that we dont attract coomers for example).
Also again i am not removing the lig theme (the website culture is connected to it and ligs are to us like how soyjaks are to teens, a way to identify eachother). I just wish to focus the site on OC.

i have been with the impression that there are a lot of codefags in IBs. /writing/ is more so for scripts, but ig nobody will use it.

Valiant effort but I fear it may have been insufficiently thought through. The site was made to harbor soyteens that liked zellig, and it's identity was as such, not as an ongezellig website, but a website for a certain, specific demographic with an established history. It was made to grow with people discovering the show or discovering the soysphere, this isn't a reliable or big source of newcomers but it's what we had, if we try to make the site general purpose or more broad it won't fundamentally change anything about it. We won't be tapping into a new demographic, or expending our current appeal, or gaining publicity or anything. It's for the most part going to be a cosmetic change with no effect on the userbase's demographics. At least that's my rationale. I think our fate is mostly sealed with little potential for a change in course, another niche altchan with a dwindling demographic of oldfags with no appeal to outsiders (imagine being some cluelessfag and seeing a weird 4chan where evryone is obsessed with some orange cartoon girl, would you join it for "making OC"?).
But don't take this as a disagreement on my part with your decision or your diagnosis, I mostly don't, I'm just not hopeful. It is what it is.

Interesting take on the situation and i do agree that for now the demographic will stay the same, but i think that we still have a chance of growing (in a healthy manner) and shift a bit the purpose of this site.

I find this funny. Isnt 4chan sort of the same thing? It started out as some place to sperg out about anime and slowly it grew to be a giant, who is known for creating a lot of internet memes afaik.
Again, i also account for the possibility this site dying, but i just wish to have a go at this idea.
