Apparently there's someone who's supposed to know about nutrition here, so I'll tell you an issue I have.
Right off the bat, I only weight 56Kg while being 1,80cm, so the problem is obvious. I'm pretty sure it's impossible for me to gain any muscle like this which really limits my upper body development (legs are "fine" in comparison). Also my cardio is beyond atrocious, I'll get very light headed after running for just 1Km. I must admit that my diet is just plain bad and very inconsistent, but even in the periods when I ate very well (5 big meals every day, high in meat, dairy and pasta) I never achieved more than 59-60Kg. When I go to the doctor and tell her that my weight and muscle mass is low, she'll tell me that it's fine and she's not concerned at all and when I tell this to my family they all say that I'll get heavier as I age and that I should stop worrying about my body image.
So what do I do? Do I need to eat even more? That didn't seem to work in the past and it takes away a lot of my time

Yeah, take it slow. Big changes don't happen over night. It's a marathon, not a race. Also tuna is a pretty cheap source for protein (if you don't mind the taste)
As a matter of fact, I'm also trying to get back into the groove... My cardio game is on point, but I need to get my strenght back up.

Not in my opinion, the inclusion of more sisters doesn't even make a lot of sense, sure i know a few people with more than 4 siblings, but i feel like 3 sisters is already enough and a perfect number for a story which surrounds a girl with asocial problems. 2 more siblings that are just subjectively stupid and unfitting to the story would just absolutely ruin ongezellig. Lines like "mymy quick be racist so we can save black latinx queens in kenya" are stupid and corny, this isn't a superhero series.
I can say that they would do fine for their own stories, but for ongezellig, it just aint it dude.

And yes as you said it’ll definitely ruin the dynamic between the original 3, 2 more obscure badly written fan characters that are just not it for the story. It’s clear that the creator of these characters was in a fandom like sonic (like you said) or UT, DT or any other franchise with these “strong independent tomboy females”. Interesting to note is that this video is subtitled in English for foreign users, when it was said that most of the subtitles for 'Zellig was by participants when YouTube allowed collaborative subtitle making. Meaning that Massa himself made these English subtitles when he didn't have to, let alone for a Dutch History iceberg video.

My mistake for wasting anyones time because i just realised that the letters a different, no other font does that so it means that massa actually not just made his own font (albeit resembling Komika but in lowercase), but went out of his way to individually make the letters. In any case, I can't imagine it'd be hard to make a font out of them since they're all white and there should be enough letters to use for referencing and as a way of figuring out the spacing between each other. Only thing left is how to go about recreating it since I'm no typographist, but I think Adobe Illustrator or another program is the way to go with making vector fonts like these.

I don't really like how Coco is presented in the show, to be honest. Of course, most of these problems are caused by the fact that the pilot was released in parts over the course of a few years, but it's still a bit of a problem for me.
Is Coco meant to be a dumb blonde archetype? Is she meant to be perfect, smart, and nice? It seems to set up both of these, and they contradict each other at times. This is evident even in just the first deel, with Coco not knowing how to use computers and thinking tentacle hentai is a real part of Japanese history, but also knowing about landscape artists and painters.
