Blacks have a “British” accent because its what they’ve grew up hearing, and calling themselves british is almost like an ode to the country, the government took them into the country, and they have proceeded to get an education and a better job. Note; countries like Africa or jamaica dont have alot of opportunities to live a good life, unless you and your family are the 1% who could live a decent long life.
