My brothers despise me and ridicule me on a daily basis and when I react with apathy my mom treats my like a dog, sure they are younger than me but I haven't done anything to deserve this. This time I had to get my brother somewhere and I just told him to slow down his bike so I could watch over him, mind you this was at night after an already shitty day, he said that I was useless and that he only needed me to send a text to my mom to recieve him, that really hurt me, so I just turned around and started slowly walking towards our house, he then sprinted there and called my mom crying saying I abandoned him.

If he says any of this in school the retarded females teachers will listen to him and I will go to court again, this time my mom will not support me, I will be fucked, not only in my future career but in general. At that point I don't think I'll be able to handle it anymore.

Do you have anty insterest in what you're studying? If not it's better to just take a gap year, get a job or something and just try to figure out what it is that you want to do.
If you're regularly clashing with your family you'll just have to talk it ot with them or try to distance yourself. I don't know your living situation but if you live with them and cannot move out there's little you can do.
