>hes not forcing it on anyoneFirst, he isn't able to force it on anyone, so you are making virtue out of necessity. Second, you can easily find an example of action which is harmful to others even when not forced on them and not affecting them directly, like doing drugs in front of children. They aren't forced to do it themselves, yet the fact of observation instills unhealthy curiosity, shifts attention to a topic that deserves no attention.

>>32085An absolute truthnuke, my fellow man of the book. The 13/50 more accurately shows that blacks are like an occupied people, who are oppressed and exploited. Black neighborhoods are more surveilled and policed, leading to more arrests than their white counterparts. In NYC, stop and frisk policies overwhelmingly targeted black and latino men, despite there being no evidence to link them to unlawful behavior. Existing biases leading to more arrests can then be used to justify the overpolicing of a people, leading to more arrests. It's a vicious cycle. Ex: Despite using drugs at roughly the same rate, black americans are far more likely to be arrested for drug related offenses than whites. Making up 26% of drug related arrests despite making up only 13% of the pop. Look up the 100 to 1 ratio of crack vs cocaine. Possession of 5 grams of crack cocaine (a drug that is mostly used by blacks) gave you the same minimum sentence as 500 grams of powder cocaine (a drug mostly used by whites) up until 2010 despite the fact that they are basically the same drug. Today the ratio is still 18:1. Black children in school are 3 times more likely to be suspended for the same disciplinary infractions. Black adults receive higher sentences and are more likely to be convicted even when being tried for similar crimes. All of this and much more is completely deliberate. The prison system is of course a business, which takes a profit per prisoner incarcerate in privately owned prisons. Blacks are more likely to be jailed inside of these private, for-profit prisons. And even in the public ones, there is an incentive to jail blacks for their cheap labor. Many of whom are serving life sentences for non-violent offenses.
