It seems you, like me, were angry because you felt as if you have no choice, either endure shitty treatment from your parents or endure it from a boss. However, self harming is the worst kind of shitty treatment: it comes from yourself. At least when someone else is an asshole to you you can say "well there are plenty of other people who like me". But if you can't even love yourself, that's rock bottom. Trust me, a soul sucking job is 1000x better than self harm. I should know. Even if you are a mayacuck, all men are brothers. ***I*** love you and think you can accomplish amazing things.
