I was pretty invested in discerning several Religious orders and know the layout of American Catholicism about as well as most professors.

If you’re Hispanic you will fit in best in California where Hispanics outnumber white Catholics about 4-1. The Northeast is the most Aryan but was also hit hardest by the Sex Abuse Crisis. Parishes shut down there because very few young people show up to Church, and the Boomers are lax and die off anyways. In the Midwest parishes are shut down for lack of Priests. The South is OK especially if you like the TLM. That and the Midwest are the best places for Catholicism now. 

It is debatable whether Hispanic Catholicism is actually deserving of the name.

Your best Religious Orders are any ones that have young people. Canons across the board are doing well. The Norbertines of SoCal and Chicago are noteworthy. The Dominicans are doing well too but modern theological standards are pretty low. Being academically serious when the academia never touches the classics is a waste of anyone’s potential. The FSSP are doing extremely well but are very hard to get into.

There are three kinds of Religious Orders: Missionaries, Mendicant Friars, and Monastics. The Missionaries are the most libcoded. The Friars have the most young people. The Monks are largely conservative but tend to swing older except for Clear Creek Abbey and a few other places.
