In this illustratie by massa, Maya is streaming a speedrun of The Sims 4. Specifically, she is doing the WooHoo! 50x category (https://www.speedrun.com/ts4) as deduced by the progress bar going to 50x hearts and one of the locations where a WooHoo! can take place being in bed where Maya's sim is. The WooHoo! is the in-game version of having sex. So the speedrun is to have sex with 50 sims as fast as possible. Maya self-inserts as her sim because.. erm.. just because she does okay?! So I'll leave the implications thereof as an exercise to the reader.
