I was thinking about the same properties I just somehow didn't think twice about the name. Especially weird since I was familiar with the substance but oh well my point still stands. You can either buy strike anywhere matches in bulk, cut their heads off and then purify them by removing the soldium or you could try making perchlorate which is better in many regards. Especially if you're trying to be responsible. The thing is, perchlorate is not easy to find and other powders just seem retarded to use for anything else other than testing and firecrackers.
