Still with out Hitler and fascism Europe would’ve stayed a Anglo-German scientific imperialist monarchy or would’ve become communist but it would’ve stayed like 95% European

The nep was a temporary measure I already explained why China isnt in this post im writing and Singapore is basically just a glorified colonial port hub not that hard to make a vibrant trading hub in the region and which means it can only be done in that context
