I mean sure there are good people of every race, there are also bad people of every race. But you need to judge a group of people from how the majority acts, and the majority of blacks, arabs, darker hispanics and south Asians are not good people who often act like untrustworthy savages.

well yes that is true but lesser people's will not be let into the nation through strict immigration control, and if the "boss" starts to develop capitalist tendencies then they will have their position revoked. I'd also imagine the companies being owned by all workers together, the so called boss just represents them as a leader.
