IQ does not represent the whole "intelligence", our cognitive abilities is something far more complicated than the estimated level of difficulty of tasks we are capable of solving. The East-Asians like the Japanese weren't even three-digit IQ before the massive westernization by the Americans in the middle of the 20th century. 

Here are, these figures with brains are the Chinese brains and their compared differences in the cohorts to those of the Caucasians, i.e. the bluer parts show where the Caucasian brains are thicker and denser and the redder parts where the Chinese brains are thicker and denser. Notice how the "Caucasoids" are more "advanced" in the prefrontal cortex which is responsible for cognition, morals, long-term planning, self-control, also math, science and wisdom as such, and etc. We are smarter than the Asians. IQ is a changeable parameter.
