They got what they deserved. I remember my college lector which is also my personal enemy bad a family story about their grand(-grand-?)father whose entire adoptive family was murdered by local anti-communist partisans (the head of that family was a soviet officer). Are we really going to think that was bad only because they touched his children? Our adversaries are all so purely self-evidently evil that every action against them is vindicated.
