Belgium does have two Brabants; Flemish Brabant, Walloon-Brabant, and with Coco being from South Africa she could've got confused, because she was under stress and she could've just not cared in that part of her class (I don't know about this), but they could live much farther away then Baarle-Nassau, plus I don't think Massa would have picked a real place. He probably made a generic Dutch town for them to live in.
But if we want to get technical we could analyze the environment around and figure it out, mainly through the archicture and vegetation.

Note:Nice to know Efteling is similar to an amusement part we have here in the Midwest United States, cause everyone has gone their at lease once, I've been their 3 time, so Efteling is like Cedar Point minus the theming.
