in talmudic jew logic, Messiah was supposed to come 2000 years ago. their timeline is like 2000 years (50 generations) adam to abraham humanity in the wilderness, + 2000 years of Torah and law starting with abraham, then 2000 years with Messiah = total of 6000 years, like how God created everything in 6 days, plus 1000 years of rest since God rested on the seventh day. But since the jews didn't accept Jesus as the messiah (who arrived 2000 years ago exactly like how He's supposed to), the jews have been hardcore coping for 2000 years by saying "The Messiah must be postponing his arrival because we jews are sinning too much". But since now the 2000 years is almost up, they are panicking and will rush to build the temple, saying "let's build the temple, surely this has to forcefully bring the Messiah"! The red heifers are ready, the only thing standing in the way is Iran, which they will deal with soon. Ironically, them doing this really will bring the Messiah, who is Jesus Christ, but the irony is that they don't know that it's the second coming. This is the funniest parable of God, he left the funniest one for the last. The jews have failed to accept the Messiah when he arrived lowly, humble, riding on a donkey, just as prophet Zechariah described him. Now they will be judged when he comes with power, riding on a war horse. Come, Lord Jesus. Come with power, Lord. Have mercy on us sinners, who testified to your truth.
