I love using medibang for PC, and krita if I were to have a stylus or drawing pad, for phone I'd recommend ibispaint or medibang "legally acquired", both of them hardly consume resources so it should do the job just fine Or just, you know, carry a little notebook and a pen with you everywhere for quick sketches on your free time
