>>96490 I think it's important to first off say that if you want to do things right, everything is slow. That being said, you have to make clear what your goal is in detail, because that determines the process you want to follow. A good guideline is that if you are gaining reps on a lift from week to week you are growing, this holds true unless you have reached a highly advanced level. The next is to remember to eat, slowly get used to eating more and don't be afraid to put on some fat, as long as you don't go too extreme and gain too much fat things will be fine. Keep track of your weight and the reps and weight of your exercises and things should come naturally.
