i'm not too sure, like i said i'm not a damn lawyer, but i think it all depends on context, and usually on the other sides resources, theoretically if the IP/copyright holder wouldn't say anything to you blatantly using it, nothing would happen. that though ever is usually rare or something. it also depends where (YOU) are residing, and where the content is uploaded, if you were to just posted it on the jewtube xe can easily strike, not even needing to do much, if it was somewhere like let's say here, it would be harder to do something about it, if he were to get your information with or without his lawyers he could probably then try to sue you, but suing internationally is just incredibly painful, hence usually only happens when big shit happens/greedy company is behind. and again, if you live somewhere where they literally do not give a fuck about copyright laws, especially those of the west, you can basically do whatever you want most likely.
