In my understanding, copyright is a registered trademark of something that only you have the right to profit from, and you have the right to protect that trademark in court if someone else profits from it. if I'm right, then according to my logic, Massa didn't register anything about Ongezellig as his intellectual property, and it's public domain, and anyone can use it for their own purposes. so he can't sue anyone for it. And if I'm wrong, then explain what it really is
