I've added a new tag, meta:general_fanart, which is meant for stuff that isn't directly or indirectly related to the Zarty or particularly interesting or significant images, the exact use of the tag is a case by case basis, there can be offsite art which doesn't need that tag. The general recommendation is that this tag is used for offsite art which isn't particularly interesting for Zaryans. If you want to can add this tag to the filter option in (you)r user settings to personalize the browsing experience, if you really want to.
