It was this bar on the side of the main road, where you would come and talk about anything else that wasnt ias or soft nas, but still was a part of the culture and interests of the site back then. Doll making some rules that isolated /soy/ and the other borads started the slow death of /qa/. I dont see any point of a /qa/ splinter. It woudnt be the same, if it was the "center of the site".
