The account this was posted from is very cryptic, has absolutely 0 posts aside from this purposefully low quality animation and was created around the same time Quackzalver re-announced OUC (October '24) https://x.com/schoppenbot But nothing ever happens so this is probably something else and ==NOT== OUC
