Animation has been an even bigger beast than I could've ever imagined. I have experience in animation but not pixel animation. It takes so long to make each frame in pixel art. Making hand drawn sprites and scaling them down would be way faster, but it might not fit the theme of the game. What do you guys say? Continue with pixel art sprites slowly or speed up the process with hand-drawn sprites?
