After Kuz left, Doll decided to be more of a lax admin, but a big problem with acting as on the sides is that there's a lack of interaction between your community, which I think Soot and Kuz excelled at. A connection between the leaders and the people always shows healthy signs of a site's userbase growing because of the trust. Then after a while the Soypocalypse happened which predicted the future outlook of the sharty: being invaded by everyone obsessed with it.
