Maya is more likely to cut herself, hang herself in the school bathroom, or jump off the school's roof than hurt others. If she were to kill people, it would be one or two at most, with a knife, and definitely not her sisters. She would target a random crowd or her sisters' friends. She's more likely to fail at it than to follow through.

Mymy doesn't have it in her to kill a lot of people face-to-face, but I think she would use a bomb, rather than a gun, because she runs away from her Japanese identity and prefers spectacle. It would take something big for her to do it, like her sister exposing her past to those around her.

Coco would be a shooter. She has a fixation with death, existential angst, and plenty of barely controlled anger toward others. All she needs is to lose her friends for long enough because of something like taking Maya's side on something extreme or being injured while playing rugby, and she would snap. At the mention of being an orphan and from anger over failing her presentation because of her, she dangled Maya, one of her two favorite things in the world, out of a multi-story window. This isn't to mention what Maya had done over the past year from the Maya Mails and Maya's Sweet 16, even if they aren't exactly canon. Out of any of the sisters, she is the one who has come the closest to committing murder and has the most cause for it.
