Personally I would recommend looking into various religions and finding one you believe in. Getting a spiritual connection to a higher being is the true path to nofap. Nofap isn't about ending an addiction, it's about learning to self-restrain and having full control over your actions to make better informed and wiser decisions. Repressing sexual behaviors is one of the hardest ways to do this, but it is also the most effective because sexual arousal is a natural human emotion.
