biking culture is so common there, everyone is used to bikes being on every part of the street and they have way more bikelanes than most countries, therefore they're less likely to be put out for accidents. its the same here in Denmark, actually. but its still a good idea to wear a helmet, my dad knew a guy who got paralyzed from neck down and had to get an artificial breather to survive for the rest of his painful years. >blablabla shit no one cares about answer is that people feel save even without them. also if you've ever rode a bike with a helmet youll know that it can start to itch your hair like crazy
