Considering only a few percents of the sea was ever mapped it is probable that microorganisms, and other deep-sea organisms are waiting to be discovered. Sharks are fish though with a cartilaginous hard structure which prevents them from going deeper than 2000 meters, so no reddit sharks for you in the trenches
