I'll start. I have depression, ADHD, PTSD, and anorexia (this was years ago). unlike xitter troons don't make a big deal about it and just say what you have and your experiences with it, medication, and whatnot. I don't have any medical conditions, but if you have chronic illnesses like diabetes or anemia, you can list that as well.
