May 9th was when Quote was given the soyjak.st ownership. He was not given soyjak.party for which Froot still holds it. Froot was initially selling the site for 20,000 dollars, when nobody was ever going to pay that much he gave it to quote only on the premise that he had technical knowledge. Froot did not favor Quote however, he favored 9a0c, however 9a0c was not as knowledgable of management.
9a0c has remained on the site alongside Quote as Quote fears removing him will cause froot to never give up the soyjak.party domain. This is an issue because 9a0c actively hates the site, and has lead the overall modern soy culture to be self hating. We dont know where Quote stands nowadays on his opinions or actions, but he may participate given the lack of change.

9a0c, while not seen in name, is likely still among the staff. He has the tendency to go as different aliases as he was confirmed to be Limeaide. 

Quote has been rumored to be working on a new “quotechan” but images of it have shown its not particularly different or impressive(opinion)

As regards to an “admincord”, it does exist and there have been leaks of it. However they maintain a system of chat refreshes so nothing stays longer than it needs to (about 1-2 days) 

They are working on FNAC 2, however with greater restriction. I have heard rivaling accounts of the project either doing well or doing poorly.
