>>18886 I don't think it's even possible to have a non-splinter imageboard these days, you need to first have a group of rather similar and interested in the same topics posters that are not satisfied in staying in some place (otherwise why would they leave?) and only then you can move them to your website. Notice how the only somewhat alive splinters currently are the zarty and the chinny, lesson in there.
