there are a bunch of books out there, i could share some if you want. what you need to learn is to draw form and flow of a figure. here is a site to practice the flow of a figure: https://line-of-action.com/index.php/practice-tools >inb4 ZOOOOOOOT YOU CAN DRAW NON-BINARY NAKED BABIES IN HERE meds for form, just study anatomy and try to separate the muscle groups into simple forms. flow is a bit more important than form, so dont overobsess over proportions and being "mathematically accurate". If it looks and feels believable, you did your job. Nobody's going to start measuring the distance between the hairline and the eyebrows and calculate if its accurate in a 1/2 side view where the head is twisted a bit to the side and is looking up in a 30 degree angle.
