Unfortunately it just becomes a numbers game after a while because saving everyone turns out to be bad for society. Anyways niggers enjoy the fruits of medicine, so what happens when literal humanoid rabbits have a high food supply and they reproduce? They outpace the killing speed of natural diseases (exacerbated by medicines) and end up consuming everything in their path until they reach critical mass, the resources end and they all die off or in our case, move somewhere else to repeat the process. Humans are no different than animals in the sense that some invasive species will absolutely wreck the established order
